Casadei Macchine was founded in 1945, when the first combination machines made their mark on the traditional woodworking machinery market, giving birth to mass production.  Thanks to constant investments   in technology;today, Casadei has reached a quality leadership recognized worldwide and is a top selling brand in many countries across the globe.

During the 1970’s the new industrial premises of almost 50,000 sq/ft allowed an appreciable increase in production and a significant expansion on foreign markets.

A state-of-the-art research & development division and a highly automated production process guarantees production of technologically innovative products, characterized by high quality and reliability.

Manufacturing of special machines began during the 1980’s. The front load panel saws became one of the most appreciated and best selling machines during the 90’s.Widebelt sanders, moulders and edgebanders were developed during the 1980’s& 1990’s and distributed throughout the world.

Due to a widespread and highly qualified distribution network, Casadei enjoys great success in more than 90 countries worldwide.  Casadei’s complete range of products offers one of the widest ranges available from traditional classical machines to sophisticated special machines such as Front and Rear Load Beam Saws, Wide Belt Sanders, Edgebanders, and 4,5& 6 head Moulders to complement the great line of traditional equipment with  Jointers, Planers, Shapers and Sliding Table Saws .

Casadei Busellato was presented to the market in 2009 combining the traditional quality of Casadei with the long history and innovative technology of BusellatoCNC Routers and MachiningCenters. CasadeiBusellato’s ambitious aim is to become the best alternative to the big German and Italian machinery manufacturers, with a more personal customer approach for small, medium and large manufactures.

Headquartered in Thiene Italy, Casadei Busellato offers immediate advantages in terms of production efficiency without compromising the know-how achieved so far.  As well as production, sales, service and spare parts departments, the new factory has a permanent showroom for machine demos to potential customers and for sales staff training.

In JULY 2019, Casadei Busellato North America moved to JKL Machinery to support sales and marketing activities for the North American distributors and customers. The showroom remains stocked for machinery demonstration and open house activities. JKL Machinery also houses a fully staffed parts and service department to support post sales needs of the customers and distributors.
